PerformFit’s Sports Experience classes were created for people who are willing to challenge themselves and their limits. Our classes are not just about burning calories; they’re about increasing the body’s performance. Looking better and losing weight is just a by-product of our classes. Everyday we have classes that focus on improving functional strength, increasing metabolism, rejuvenating the body and increasing your energy levels. Like all PerformFit Sports Experience programs our classes will be ever changing and always challenging.
